Group Mobile Prepares for Service Center, Appoints New Sr. VP of Client Services and Operations!

Group Mobile announced the appointment of Roger Cresswell as Sr. Vice President, Client Services and Operations. In his new role with the company, Cresswell offers a wealth of knowledge and will be accountable for the company’s end-to-end, full service technology and lifecycle solutions service center. 

Cresswell’s background includes over 30 years in the industry, leading teams to define, sell and deliver best of breed technology products and services in mobile environments. As one of the founding members of Itronix, Cresswell led the company through exceptional growth managing technical support architects, project managers, deployment specialists, and was ultimately responsible for major mobile technology deployments at GTE, Sears, Bell South, Sprint and many others. Cresswell most recently served as Channel Sales Director for GammaTech where he successfully grew the reseller base in North and South America by over 400%. 

As Sr. Vice President of Client Services and Operations, Cresswell will direct all facets of Group Mobile’s evolution into project lifecycle services – including technology consultations, development and deployment of stable mobile platforms, project and asset management, equipment installation, break-fix, hardware service technical support, 24-7 helpdesk and much more.
